Sometimes we need to condense product pages as part of maintenance. For example, all colour variations need to go into one page instead of separate pages for each colour. Our maintenance team re-writes existing reviews from the pages we are deleting into the new pages containing the same product. Our third party verification system will not recognize the re-written reviews and therefore the verified review badge will not show anymore. The reviews made before the implementation of our verification system in 2021 will also not show the verification badge. All the reviews on our website are written and issued by real customers.

Shipping to Toronto and within most parts of Ontario and Quebec take one business day to deliver. This means you will have your order the day after it is picked up by the courier at our warehouse. Orders are typically packaged and shipped the same or next business day of your order being placed. This depends on the time of the transaction.
